I need a website… how do I get started?
The best way to get started on your website project is to contact us using the “get a quote” link in the top right of your screen. This will give us the necessary information we need to contact you and set up a meeting to discuss your project in greater detail.

Do you have any template websites to choose from?
No. We design each website from scratch, based on your unique needs. Cape Fear design believes your business deserves more than a cookie cutter website template.

How much will my website cost?
No two websites are exactly alike, and prices vary greatly depending on the amount of bells and whistles your website requires. After we sit down to discuss the details of your project, we will put together a proposal that outlines all cost details associated with your new website. We closely adhere to our project budget, and will never charge more for additional work without getting prior approval from you.

Do you offer financing on websites?
Not on a regular basis. Typically, our payment structure starts with a down-payment of around 50 percent, with the remainder due at the time of completion. Depending on the scope of the project, we may be open to exploring this option. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

How long will my site take to finish?
The timelines set for a web project are largely dependent on the size and complexity of the project. Typically, it takes four to six weeks, from the time we meet to the day your site goes “live”.

Do you provide tech support?
We make sure our clients have what they need and are comfortable using the tools we provide for maintaining their websites. If an issue arises along the way, feel free to use our support form to contact us. We usually respond within 24 hours and can help get you back on the right track.

What is your hourly rate?
Our rate is presently set at $60 per hour (minimum of one quarter hour). While this is on the lower end of the industry scale, it still allows us to provide you with the level of service and product that meets and exceeds your expectation.

What is a content management system?
A content management system, also called a CMS, is a platform that allows users to easily manage the content on their website without the need for programming skills (in most cases). Our CMS is very user friendly, and we provide hands on training to ensure you are comfortable working with it.
